You will only speak with one of the two owners, not talk to a variety of people and have to repeat your story each time.

Lynn has 30 years in Real Estate, 15 years in residential and 15 years in commercial property management.  She managed shopping centers in Pennsylvania, Georgia and Tennessee.  She has experience in all aspects of managing property including construction, roofs, asphalt and also completely understands the financial aspects of budgeting and keeping costs low. Lynn was raised in Georgia and returned 10 years ago after living in Europe, Iowa and Pennsylvania. She has 2 dogs and 1 cat and is an avid animal lover.

Evy and her husband have lived in the Blue Ridge area for 8 years and have been involved in service industries for many years. Evy had her own Housekeeping business in Atlanta, GA for many years. She is a perfectionist when it comes to housekeeping and property management. Her standards for cleaning are met by few. She and her husband have 5 dogs and are also animal lovers.
